We have experienced an issue with invoicing this month, especially customers who are with xtra. This is due to a change in our email address. Please try the following options if you have not received an invoice from us:

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Call us to register for the GOfuel portal - and follow the instructions
  3. Email with your name and account number and we will email through an invoice to you.
