With the Government’s announcement that we’ll be moving to alert level 3 this week, we wanted to update our customers on preparations we’re making at Petroleum Logistics - GOFuel so we’re ready to respond.
We have two priorities – keeping our team members and our customer’s safe, and ensuring continuity of supply.
As we move into alert level 3, there are some additional services we’ll be able to offer.
We’re following the highest levels of personal hygiene in all our operations, and we’ve also provided all our customer-facing team members with PPE to protect them and you. We’ll be maintaining physical distancing as well.
Here’s a quick summary of Petroleum Logistics services available:
- Our Marine Fuel Stops are still operating.
- Our Auckland and Bay of Plenty Mini Tanker fleets are delivering to customers requiring fuel under level 3.

- Our oil stores including Aeroshell are now open and we’re making deliveries to customers requiring lubricants in order to operate under level 3.

- Farm trade deliveries are operational.

- Our Southland Mini Tanker fleets are delivering diesel and lubricants to customers, especially those providing essential services.

- Wellington Head Office is now open on limited staff and the rest of our teams are working remotely and are here to answer any questions you have on 0800 42 83 83.
