• DESCRIPTION

  • Shell Corena S2 P Oils are high performance lubricants for reciprocating air compressors. They are formulated to ensure very low carbon deposit formation and exceptional oxidation stability. ISO VG 68, 100 and 150 Shell Corena S2 P Oils are recommended for:

    • All types of reciprocating compressors, including breathing air compressors.
    • Various vacuum pumps. Extreme operating conditions: for compressors operating with pressures over 30 bar and/or discharge temperatures over 180 °C, Shell Corena S4 P Oils are recommended.

    • Bauer, Munich: breathing air approval at ambient temperatures of 5 to 45 °C (Shell Corena S2 P 150).
    • Hamworthy: approved for breathing air (Shell Corena S2 P 68).
